Client Testimonials
“During my career, I received great feedback from my managers and my teams with outstanding results each year, yet I kept on being overlooked each time a Director role was coming up.
I couldn’t understand why nor what to improve on to break that cycle and turned to Michelle for some coaching sessions.
Michelle made me immediately feel at ease, creating a safe space allowing us to have very open discussions. She quickly identified my strengths, weaknesses and blind spots by asking challenging questions. She helped me see situations from new perspectives, challenged my behaviours and (over)reactions. At times, with my permission Michelle would step more into a mentoring role, providing me some advice based on her experience to help my learning even further. Between sessions, she gave me challenges to step outside my comfort zone, trial new technics or break bad habits. She believed in me and was very encouraging when I was encountering setbacks.
By the end of our time together, I felt much more self-aware and confident to make the right adjustments successfully and recently took on new role with global team."
